With Intelligence is seeking a talented journalist to help guide the expansion of our coverage of European private markets asset management.

The role will involve covering some of the biggest names in European real estate at a time when the asset class is top of mind for an increasing number of investors.

You will be charged will uncovering exclusive intelligence on new launches, innovations and growth strategies at a wide range of asset management companies. You’ll need to be on top of who is winning assets and why, as well as who is faltering or shutting down.

You will also cover events and industry conferences throughout the year, providing plenty of opportunities to travel and learn the space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Writing daily news articles and regularly breaking off-diary stories
- Pitch and write informed and insightful analysis pieces
- Regularly interview heads of IR, heads of product development, CEOs and other business figures
- Build and maintain a contact book of senior industry professionals
- Represent the With Intelligence brand at a range of events, conferences and summits

**Requirements**:

- A successful track record of reporting exclusive stories, preferably in financial journalism
- Must be willing to work out of our London offices
- Journalism degree training preferable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- An interest in and some understanding of the asset management sector is preferable, but not essential
