HR Operations Manager

The HR Operations Manager leads a team of HR Administrators, based in the UK.With the help of leading edge HR technology you will deliver a day to day HR service executing the full range of HR life cycle transactions.An accomplished HR professional,you will have experience of getting the best out of people; change management; and continuous improvement and innovation working in a results driven environment.
You will partner with the business facing HR community and the centres of excellence to deliver a seamless service to colleagues.
In addition to the business as usual challenges of delivering an operationally excellent HR operation, the role will offer the opportunity to take part in embedding continuous improvement across HR Operations, collaborating with your global counterparts todevelop and harmonise best practice.
**The Role**
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Ensure colleagues utilizing the service receive a consistent, high quality service within service level.
- Continuously review the service offered via the HR Catalogue to improve standards, reduce waste and implement change in a measured way.
- Identify areas of risk and propose mitigating plans to reduce / remove them.
- Manage and develop a team of HR Administrators.Coach colleagues who both directly and indirectly (GHRO) report to you.
- Partner with HR colleagues to offer an integrated service.
- Production of management information that will measure people, process and cost initiatives.
**Key Performance Indicators**:
- Producing qualitative and quantitative data to show team performance against agreed service levels on a regular basis.
- Evidence process improvements and the benefit they have made to the service to the business or team efficiency.
- Manage and develop and retain a team who can carry out activities at Tier 2 levels.
- Build successful relationships within HR that present a united front to colleagues who utilize the service.
- Successful implementation of projects that span across HR Operations Globally.
**The Requirements**:
- CIPD or studying towards this or an equivalent qualification is desirable
- A proven track record in HR Operations, providing commercially focused, excellent organisation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience of working in a professional services environment that has undergone change
- Previous experience supporting HR Compliance activity in a regulated environment would be an advantage
- Strong evidence of partnering with HR colleagues and Corporate Centres of excellence
- Experience of managing change management initiatives would be an advantage
- Ability to manage competing and rapidly changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and operate well in a team
- Understanding and experience of operating in a matrix environment
