Alexander Lloyd are delighted to supporting an SME in the construction sector on the recruitment of an HR Manager on a permanent basis.
As the HR Manager you will be the face of HR for the organisation with direct visibility to the executive leaders.
Supported by an HR Administrator, you will lead on all things HR so the role offers a great mix of operational and strategic work.
We are looking for a fully established HR Generalist with expertise across all areas of the people function. Although there isn't a high volume of Employee Relations cases, you will still need to know how to deal with these should they arise.
You will have/need:
- Precious experience as an HR Manager either in a standalone function or as part of a team.
A full HR Generalist background
Excellent stakeholder management
Ability to communicate with senior leaders and advise from a commercial point of view
Able to evaluate current process and make suggestions on how best to improve these
Ideally you will come from a Construction/utilities background CIPD Qualifies (level 5 or above)
As the face of HR you will need to be visible to the business however This role does offer Hybrid working with a 50:50 split across home and office.
The salary in offer is between £50,000 - £60,000 DOE plus other benefits
