Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese is one of the oldest pub and restaurant in London. Due to having such a rich history, we quickly became a fast-paced, fun and customer-centric environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day opening and closing of the pub
- Ensure that all pub areas are clean and well-maintained
- Manage reservations and pre-orders when needed
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any facility-related issues
- Monitor and maintain inventory of stock levels and cellar
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in team management and supervision
- Understanding of hospitality industry standards

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
