The Spencer Arms has been a favourite for locals of Putney for years, with a great selection of drinks and food we celebrate the area by being part of the community.

We are situated right by the common and even have several park tables available during the summer months directly on the common.

The role & requirements

We are looking a Restaurant Supervisor who love what they do and want to deliver nothing but incredible service.

You must have experience as a team leader or supervisor in gastro pubs
- Excellent Communication skills
- Genuine love for hospitality and chatting with the customers It’s a very personable pub
- A desire to learn and grown
- A desire to be an all-rounder and really get stuck in
- Confidence with opening & closing venues
- Great confidence in bar & floor set up
- Confident with people
- Ability to lead & motivate the team
