The Cat and Mutton is hiring a Supervisor.

Overlooking the vibrant green of London Fields and right on the corner of the bustling Broadway Market, The Cat and Mutton is one of East London's most vibrant, trendy and iconic pubs Beer is something we both love and take seriously and therefore feature many well-known names, as well as shining a light on the smaller local breweries We've got a host of regular events running through the week including one of East London's greatest quizzes, and some of the area's best live music and DJ's. If you're into music, beer, cocktails and having a good time we want to hear from you

**What you’ll be doing as a Supervisor**:

- Running shifts, ensuring a positive experience for all guests, customers, and team members
- Preparing great drinks and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintaining product and service standards
- Coaching and assisting teammates on shift
- Resolving customer and staff questions, queries, and issues
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
- Ensuring all alcohol licensing requirements are observed
We’re a part of City Pub Group, who have 50 individual and unique pubs across England & Wales. We know all our people have their own personalities and we want our pubs to also.
