Our client is a growing and reputable organisation with offices located near Slough.
A new permanent opportunity has arisen in their business for an Administrator.
Reporting into the Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Daily Filing and archiving.
- Assisting the sales team in administrative tasks - creating sales orders,
chasing approvals, data input, creating new product codes and general
admin support
- Assisting the sales development team with administrative support and
setting up new customers.
- Booking in meetings
- ecommerce platform.- Dealing with external queries from suppliers and customers.
- Maintaining client records.
- Processing collection requests and return requests.
- Tracking and assisting in delivery updates to customers.
- Updating production trackers.
- Ordering stock.
- Referring complex cases to the Account Manager.
must be proactive, organised, able to prioritise, have good attention to detail and
be a team player
On offer is a basic salary ranging from £20,000 to £22,000 depending on
experience, as well as good benefits.
