On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for a **Project Manager** for an initial **6-month** contract based in London. (Hybrid)
**Purpose of the Role**:
The role is to join the existing team of Project Managers to support the delivery of projects within the regulatory portfolio. The project sits under the **'Regulatory Sustainable'**, on Climate related Disclosure **(TCFD)** programme.
As a **Project Manager** you will be responsible for:
- Accountability for end-to-end delivery of assigned projects in line with agreed expectations, working with a range of stakeholders.
- Working proactively with the key business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope and deliverables.
- Creating and maintaining high quality project plan and milestones.
- Accountability for tracking and delivering to project financials.
- Producing Project MI in line with Project Governance.
- Ensuring a high standard of output, focused on customer satisfaction.
- Establishing and considering the wider portfolio and change agenda as context for their deliveries, including dependencies.
- Interfacing with technology and other business functions to achieve timely delivery.
- Leading the project team and anticipate, prioritise and resolve issues.
- A self-starter with a track record of delivering multiple high profile regulatory projects concurrently within Asset Management / Insurance.
- Experience of working with stakeholders at different levels including Director level.
- The ability to constructively challenge and influence business users.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and determination to see initiatives through to completion.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a project team.
- Proactive and delivery focussed with excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships within the team and across the business.
- Capable of facilitating medium to large sized workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
