**Responsibilities**:
- Speaking to Dealerships, lenders & customers regarding Unwinds & Complaints.
- Taking complaint calls and logging all complaints
- Record and input complaints into our CMS
- To be delivering excellent customer service, regardless of this is a customer, lender or dealership
- Always treating customers Fairly
- Dealing with internal departments and lenders in relation to costs, repairs and contractual obligations.
- Logging all Unwinds that customers have requested.
- Dealing & Negotiating with relevant parties involved.
- Being able to be confident, Empathetic and if necessary being authoritative
**Experience Required**:
- Highly organised and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with daily challenges
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Strong Administration experience
- Understanding of FCA Regulations & good knowledge of the Financial Ombudsman Service.
**Work Schedule**:
- 40 hours per week (Full-Time)
- Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
