The Client Service Advisor will be based from our Norwich office with very occasional travel to other Birketts offices in either Cambridge, Chelmsford, Ipswich or London (travel expenses are paid). Reporting into the Operations Manager, the Client ServiceAdvisor's role is to provide a highly professional and pro-active facilities service and reception cover to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Norwich office, you will be part of the Operations department, where you will take accountabilitywith the wider team to ensure the office runs smoothly.

You will be responsible for booking meeting rooms for internal staff and visitors, organising refreshments when required and clear / tidy rooms when meetings have finsished; always ensuring meeting rooms are maintained at the professional standard Birkettsrequires.

**Other Key Accountabilities**:

- Maintain and monitor stationary requirements
- Post duties cover, including all incoming and outgoing couriers
- Cover reception from time to time and meet and greet clients, staff and visitors to reception
- Answer the telephone in a professional and timely manner
- Scanning/photocopying/binding as required
- Ensure the office is presented to a high standard at all times particularly the communal and client facing areas
- Ad-hoc duties as required (i.e. going to get milk and provisions)
- Ensure the appropriate health and safety procedures are followed such as the fire procedure
- Assist with general administration tasks.
