This is a full time role working 40 hours a week.

**Summary of Job**

**Main responsibilities**

To professionally handle enquiries from existing/new clients

Arrange appointments for our Estate Planning Consultants

Answer initial questions about products and services

Manage their own call list of potential client enquiries

Accurately upload new enquiry details to database

Recording all client interactions and ensuring contact details are up-to-date on client database

Ensure the Consultants diary is managed and updated correctly

Printing and posting out product information to clients on behalf of Consultants

Take payments from clients & update records accordingly

General photocopying and scanning

Other administrative duties as required

**Technical and essential skills**

Experience of working in a customer service role

Passionate about providing a great experience for all clients

Demonstrable professional telephone manner

Able to maintain focus and accuracy in a busy office environment

Ability to work individually and as part of a wider team

Experience in using Office 365 - Outlook/Word Excel

Ability to embrace change

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
