**Market Change Coordinator - Warwick (Hybrid) - £34,622 to £40,731**:

System Operations is responsible for operating, controlling and monitoring the National Transmission System in real time, making gas available when and where our customers across Great Britain need it and playing an essential role in keeping Britain’s homes warm and its industry moving. We also facilitate the efficient operation of the GB gas market.

As a Market Change Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our team, providing vital support to your colleagues and ensuring the Market Change team works effectively and efficiently.

In this role you’ll be responsible for supporting efforts to prepare for industry forums and taking accurate minutes at internal and external meetings, managing stakeholders effectively throughout the process.

You’ll work closely with our Market Change Leads, helping to coordinate responses for industry consultations and collaborating across teams to bring together insights and perspectives.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll manage POs for the team, making sure payments are timely and queries are handled smoothly. You’ll coordinate team meetings, both on
- and off-site, handling all the logistics to keep our gatherings productive and engaging.

You’ll play an essential role in researching and sharing the latest industry insights, keeping our team, and the wider organisation up to date on key trends.

You'll be confident preparing a range of materials for internal and external audiences, including presentations, newsletters and summaries of industry reports.

**What You’ll need**:
We’re looking for someone with big ambitions to grow, develop and progress within National Gas, with at minimum GCSEs in English and Maths, grade A* - C and ideally with some experience in an administrative role.

If you’re a self-starter, have strong organisation, planning and communication skills, and enjoy developing and maintaining relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, we would love to hear from you
