- Manage incoming calls and maintain professional phone etiquette to ensure excellent customer service.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents..
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Support various administrative projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

- Solid administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Competent in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong clerical abilities, including filing and document management.

- Proficient in typing with a good speed and accuracy level.
- Ability to computerise processes for improved efficiency within the office environment.

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
