IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Contact Centre Sales Manager for one of our most valued clients, who are a telecoms giant. The salary on offer is up to £50,000 plus benefits. The client is based in Poole with hybrid working options available.

You will lead a high-performance business to business sales team to drive and grow B2B sales from all our clients lead sources from new & existing customers or partners.
**What is expected of the Contact Centre Sales Manager?**
- Set the sales monthly/quarterly targets in line with budget and guidance from Head of function. Distribute the target among the available resource for the period.
- Monitor business sales performance to target and react to individual and/or team under performance as appropriate. Introduce sales incentives where possible to provide additional motivation to succeed.
- Day to day management of Sales Managers to perform to the best of their ability. Recruitment, induction and training of new starters. Coaching and performance management of telesales team.
- Oversee and monitor the flow of calls and leads into the telesales team and their subsequent management. Ensure initial contact is made in a timely manner and no opportunities are wasted.
- Provide a proactive in-life support to drive additional lines and re-signs. Ensure that they proactively seek a resign and monitor resign conversion rates.
- Capture 'no sale' reasons from all unsuccessful quotes. Use this feedback and other team, customer and external benchmarking activity to feed our proposition to always remain as competitive as possible.
- Review and monitor the end-to-end sales process and CRM system endeavouring to always provide the smoothest customer journey and most efficient internal process.
- Ensure that all post-dated enquiries are diarised, and contact made at the relevant point in contract cycle. Monitor sales pipelines to optimise conversion rates.
- Drive the trading performance of the online channel to deliver against budgeted initiatives, develop the customer journey through improvement and optimisation of the user experience to maintain a market leading position.
