Are you a resourceful, adaptable Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) with experience in caring for children with complex health needs, with excellent communication and clinical skills and a desire to work as part of an existing multidisciplinary team?

We are looking for a motivated **HCSW **for an exciting opportunity to provide care to Children with Complex Health Needs including Long Term Ventilation, in an innovative home from home environment based in Cottenham, Cambridgeshire.

You will work as part of a small team providing high quality stepdown healthcare to children with a range of medical conditions.

We are a team who actively supports our staff to safeguard the safety and wellbeing of the children/young people in our care.

Full training will be provided.

Part/Full-time hours: 12-36 per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.02 per hour. Nights/Weekend Hours are enhanced by 30%.
