Paragon Social Care works in partnership with Local authority by supporting vulnerable children and young people across the country.
We are currently searching for experienced Support Workers in the Cambridgeshire/Peterborough area who have experience of working closely with vulnerable young people. The support settings you can expect to work in range from supporting children in their own homes, to working in council run residential homes, to supporting young people in short term unregulated accommodation, to ad hoc support in the community on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis.
We have regular work for excellent workers, long shifts, day and nights and weekend work available.
If you have experience of supporting children and young people, whether that's in the community, hospital or mental health setting then we'd love to hear from you.
We are extremely proud of our workforce and are therefore very selective in our hiring.
- You have previous experience (at least 12 months) of working with children and you people.
- You are a car driver and have access to a car to get to work.
- You speak excellent English and are a good communicator.
- You enjoy working with young people and can engage well with them.
- You are flexible to working patterns including 12 hour shifts.
- You can work at least 3-4 shifts per week.
- Your Right to Work documents has no restrictions to work.
- Your DBS is clear.
**Job Type**: Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
