8Working within a dynamic and focused operations team the role of Hub Controller, encompasses all logistics activity surrounding the movement of Specialist Nurses within Organ Donation and Unaccompanied Organs for Transplantation such as Bloods and Tissue samples through the United Kingdom and beyond by road, air and sea.
- Excellent call handling techniques are required with the ability to both receive and transmit information from/to clients, driving staff and other members of the operations team with an attention to detail regarding timings and requests.
- Prioritisation of workload ensuring 'ligations of the company’s extensive client base.

**THE CANDIDATE**
- Follow ad hoc requests from UKGT Management, supporting developmental projects where required
- Exemplary call handling with a focus on quality and service
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK and its road networks
- IT literate. Proficient is the use of Microsoft Office 365

The ability to work within a busy department, and fast paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From £8.91 per hour
