**The Role**
- Join our team as a Warehouse Operations Manager and lead the charge in optimizing our warehouse efficiency You'll manage operations to meet budgetary goals and service levels while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Your role will focus on organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to keep our operations running smoothly and meet customer demands. Make your mark in our dynamic warehouse environment
Shift times 19:00 - 07:00 4 on 4 off
Pay: £11.77 per hour

**Key Accountabilities**
- Represent the company in a professional, enthusiastic, and positive manner.
- Ensure efficient warehouse operations that meet both operational and customer demands.
- Provide a safe working environment by adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures, ensuring the team understands and practices them at all times.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Foster a zero-tolerance mindset for any deviations from quality processes to fully meet customer deliverables.
- Understand customer needs and align them with business commitments.
- Maintain accurate inventories by conducting regular physical counts and reconciling with automated systems, with the help of the warehouse team.
- Ensure all documentation related to goods in and out is accurate, including proper labeling of all stock items.
- Develop and maintain metrics, KPIs, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, and training and safety records.
- Create policies and procedures for warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and quality systems.
- Ensure that vehicles, machinery, and equipment are well maintained and fit for purpose.
- Assist with special projects assigned by management.
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Highly developed inter-personal and communication skills coupled with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels within the business
- Good IT skills, in particular spread sheets and databases and a knowledge of warehouse systems
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organisation skills
- Possess a “right first time”, diligent and conscientious work ethic
