You will play a key role in supporting student success contributing to curriculum development and maintaining strong links with industry.Actual Salary: 19675.83 - 24904.87Working Pattern: Monday and Wednesday : 8:30am to 5:00pm & Friday : 8:30 to 4:00pmKey Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching learning and assessment across Health and Social Care programmes. Act as a Programme Tutor supporting student progress retention and achievement. Use innovative teaching methods and digital tools to enhance the learning experience. Monitor and manage student behaviour attendance and engagement. Contribute to curriculum planning quality assurance and course development.Essential Criteria A relevant vocational qualification in Health and Social Care. Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths (or equivalent). Experience or knowledge of working in a Health and Social Care setting. Ability to create an inclusive engaging and supportive learning environment.
