You will have a positive attitude and a commitment to our values. - "We work together to facilitate choice through involvement, by doing what we say, never giving up on people and looking to constantly improve the way we work."_ **JOB DESCRIPTION** - As a senior mental health support worker, you will support individuals to engage in the service and to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual key work, outcome focused interventions and person centred planning - You will provide support utilising your fully flexible and personalised approach and act as a support navigator to make creative use of the resources available - As a senior mental health support worker, you will empower individuals to exercise choice and control and work alongside people to develop and review robust assessments, safety management plans and support plans. - As a senior mental health support worker you will be a role model to junior colleagues and offer support and supervision to enable them to develop their skills - You will lead shifts, prioritise and allocate work. - Working within the team, you will champion best practice and encourage development, enabling us to provide the best quality support to service users - You will be able to problem-solve and remain positive in the face of challenges, working collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes - You will be committed to contributing to our vision where everybody who experiences mental distress, is valued, can live the life they choose and determine their own future. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: £23,120.00-£25,512.52 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Cycle to work scheme - Employee discount - On-site parking - Sick pay - Wellness programme Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Night shift - Weekend availability
