**Platform Resourcing** have partnered with a Financial Services based in **Tredegar** who are currently seeking a **Human Resources Manager** to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a pivotal time for the business, increasing steadily they now employ 60 FTE employees based both within the office and field based, and are seeking a HR Manager to work in a stand alone role reporting to the directors to provide ongoing support andguidance within the company. Due to the size of the company, they are seeking an experienced generalist HR professional with the drive to be involved in all areas of the business, with an approachable and can do attitude and the ability to develop great relationships.

**Benefits of the role**
- Salary of up to £33,000
- Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and this role is office based
- 22 holidays plus bank holidays

**Duties of the HR Manager Position**
- Provide advice and support to managers for the whole employee life cycle from recruitment, employee relations, reward and succession planning
- Develop and implement HR projects such as introducing a performance management framework, carry out a benefits review and roll out a training skills matrix
- Be the HR Administrator for internal HR/Payroll system and update with new starters, leavers, payroll changes, annual leave, training etc.
- Ensure that the business is up-to-date and fully compliant with employment legislation, that employees are aware of the Company procedures and they are applied in a consistent manner;
- Designing and running HR training courses for Managers and employees
- Responsible for Health and Safety of employees in the offices and field
- Work with all levels of the business, including Board, to establish HR as a go to value-added service

**Experienced required for the Human Resources Manager position**
- CIPD Level 5 qualified, or working towards this
- Experience of working with a regulated environment is preferred but not essential
- HR Generalist, Human Resources Manager, HR Advisor or similar experience within a similar role is essential
- Shows integrity, fairness and consistency in dealing with people
