A newly created opportunity with a fast growing manufacturing organisation.

The role will suit an experienced Human Resources Generalist wanting a varied role with a progressive company.

An excellent and clear understanding of Employment law and practice is essential.

Strong experience in managing Discipline and Onboarding procedures

You will have extensive experience of employee recruitment and retention and be accustomed to evaluating employee performance whilst maintaining first class employee relations.

You will be required to Create, implement and administer employee policies.

Working with the HR Manager, you will Identify ways to improve existing policies and procedures

The Human Resources Advisor will contribute to a company culture that reflects its values and is beneficial to both management and employees

You must;
Have sound judgment and problem-solving skills

Possess the ability to use your initiative

Have patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Be able to motivate and manage staff

Demonstrate Professionalism and an overall positive attitude

Ideally you will have circa 5 years' experience of working in an HR function in the Food Manufacturing sector or similar process environment and be CIPD level 5 Qualified.

Travel to work from; **Cwmbran, Merthyr, Abergavenny, Pontypool, Ebbw Vale, Tredegar**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
