**About you**:

- Strong understanding of User Centre Design processes
- Experience of wire framing and prototyping tools. Experience of using Axure is desirable
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Dreamweaver
- Knowledge of internet technologies and browsers
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work in a pressurised and constantly changing environment
- Ability to manage competing priorities and achieve quality outcomes
- Highly organised
- Have an understanding of HTML and CSS
- Understanding of Accessibility and Usability standards
- Excellent team working skills

**Details**:

- Establish ElectriX visual identity standards, user interface and graphic designs aligned to brand guidelines and maintain digital UI guidelines and styleguides
- Creative lead for all (B2C) marketing assets:

- Conceptualise and execute on-brand creative design strategy behind planned ad campaigns
- Take agency concepts into production
- Create and maintain / evolve campaign asset portfolio
- Covering digital campaign assets, stand design, social media campaign asset design etc.
- Create responsive ads for paid media
- Design campaign landing pages
- Adapt exhibition stand material and merchandise
- Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints and journeys
- Establish the look and feel for various digital interfaces, including ElectriX website, mobile display / Progressive Web App and Apps.
- Design landing pages, or a visual overlay for a button, tab or icon and other components within new products, services and hero journeys.
- Ad-hoc requests: create support material for internal communications and presentation materials and interactive event materials
- Source images (stock photos and video footage)
- Closely work with Marketing, UX, Product, Analyst, Content and Tech teams to resolve key user interface issues and data visualization putting the customer at the heart of design decisions.
- Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
