**ABOUT aisle 3**

aisle 3 allows you to buy Sneakers from multiple retailers without ever opening another tab. We search through copious retailers, aggregating every retailer who sells the same product into one page, so you can buy with confidence. We do this with proprietary artificial intelligence and novel embedded finance technology. Every shopper receives a digital wallet and automatic cashback on purchases, removing the hassle of voucher codes, browser extensions, or cashback sites.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have recently completed our latest round of investment (unannounced) and are seeking a talented UI designer, to dramatically improve our digital experiences. Our best-in-class technology has taken two years to build, and now we need to amplify our USPs, create an arresting first impression and get into the hearts and minds of shoppers to improve our macro conversion rates.

This role will report directly to one of the founders and has a number of options to grow into senior positions within the business.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?**
- Researching and developing inventive UI experiences
- Combine both qual and quant techniques
- Get exposure to customer acquisition to overlay shopper psychology/expectations with our entry points
- Working closely with our UI engineers to ensure our UIs are accurately developed
- Owning our digital style guide and component libraries

**WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY?**
- Experience working in eCommerce or with a design agency for at least four years
- Have worked across the full UX design process, with a specialism in UI design
- Experience working with (and augmenting) style guides & creating pattern libraries
- Has strong researching and problem-solving skills to find novel design solutions to real problems
- Exposed to analytics both qual and quant to evaluate UI experiences

**THE PROCESS**
- 2 interviews, the first is a CV review/background/cultural fit and the second is an interactive interview walking through a design problem

**PACKAGE**
- Salary up to £45,000 per annum
- 100% remote position
- 28 Days annual leave
