As an Office Administrator you will support an expanding team with a variety of responsibilities on a maternity cover assignment.

**Client Details**

Our client is an established business based in Polegate, within the Manufacturing and Production industry.

**Description**

As an Office Administrator your responsibilities will include:

- Front line customer contact, dealing with new enquiries and enquiries/ complaints from existing customers.
- Using data from the in-house system to create and distribute accurate reports.
- Entering and updating client records.
- Support the team & manager with any other administrative tasks required.

**Profile**

The successful Office Administrator will:

- Previous report writing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 & PDF editor
- Good communication and organisational skills

**Job Offer**
- Monday - Friday
- Temporary Assignment with the potential to go permanent
- £11 - £14 per hour
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
