A global biotechnology company who are a market leader in their therapeutic area are looking for an Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS) co-ordinator to join their team in Oxford on 10 hours per week part time, temporary basis.

**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinating health and safety training courses
- Maintaining bookings and schedules of courses
- Liaising with participants
- Overseeing the site’s safety inspection reports
- Supporting the team with EHSS projects

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administration role is ideal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
- Great knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritise multiple projects
