**Recruiting: Youth Worker in Baldock**

We are looking for motivated, passionate, reliable and friendly individuals to join our team of Youth Workers, providing residential care to children with complex and challenging needs. You will be based at our residential home in **Baldock**and we currently have full time and part time available.

**Full time**:

- typically work **two 24 hour shifts a week**, realistic earnings of £28,860 per annum. Shifts are flexible and many of our staff enjoy the opportunity to fit their hours around studying or caring commitments.

**Part time -** Shifts will be either 12 hours or 24 hours earning up to £276 for the day. Zero hour contracts are flexible and many of our staff enjoy the opportunity to fit their hours around studying or caring commitments.

**You must have a driving licence and a car and undergo an enhanced DBS check.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £21,600.00-£30,000.00 per year
