LSA role in a specialist provision for children, aged 11-16 all who have been through some form of significant trauma, social, emotional and mental health challenges

As an aspiring clinical psychologist, over the course of 10 years of qualification and solidifying of interest, you need to qualifyand disqualify areas of genuine interest and where your skills need to be enhanced.

**Pathological Demand Avoidance and Pervasive developmental disorder

**A Real focus on all ages, the cognitive ability of each student will be very diverse

**Positive engagement, giving the children a sense of acceptance, talking therapy will not always work here so different approaches required

**Giving the students objectives and as much independence as is possible, especially if the students are in assisted
