The primary client you will be supporting provides emergency cover for housebuilders and property management companies.

Your primary role will be handling inbound calls from people in their hour of need. It can range from people locked out of their flat after a night out (we’ve all been there). A family with no heating or hot water in the height of winter (dreadful). Or simply someone who’s just come in from work to find there’s water coming through the kitchen ceiling.

Think of those worst moments in life and consider how they must be feeling.

We need people like you to help calm the situation, panic and worry.

Take charge and be the one to organise the engineer to attend and save the day.

A bit dramatic, we know, we can’t help it because we care.

Showing we care, we’re offering a hybrid home/office-based role. We're flexible and don't want to miss out on the right team member to join us.

It's part time time, mix of day and night shift work over 7 days. There will be 22 hours guaranteed per week with the expectation of additional shifts being picked up per week when available.

Training, before going live on the calls, will be approx 1 week of day shift 9am - 3pm, Monday - Friday, in the office before transferring to shift pattern.

There will be ongoing training and mentoring, and team leaders will always be there to answer questions, shadow on calls or help in any way possible.
