We are looking for an energetic and outgoing person to join our office team as a Project and Purchasing Administrator.

Previous construction and purchasing experience are essential along with attention to detail.

This is an office based role, working hours are 8am until 4.30pm Monday - Friday (40 working hours per week).

Salary £28,000.00 per annum, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional Christmas shut down.

Tasks will include:

- Ordering materials
- Raising purchase orders on Sage
- Receiving deliveries
- Design and produce documents
- Putting quotations together from provided information
- Make and receive phone calls
- Scan and file paperwork
- Update and maintain training databases and records
- Book Engineers onto training courses
- Book equipment in for testing with external companies
- Arranging accommodation
- Setting up job packs
- Data inputting
- Updating labour plans
- Undertake any such task as reasonably required.

We are a very progressive and flexible company and are looking for an additional person to join our team to become a valuable member and grow with the business.

**Application will be reviewed 03/01/2025 after the Christmas break, with a view to interview week commencing 06/01/2025.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
