Purchase Control Administrator

**About The Role**:
RAC have an exciting new opportunity to for a **Purchase Control Administrator** working from our Bescot Head Quarters. The role will support the Accounts Payable team in providing a day-to-day reconciliation vital to the Operations function. You will be handling the receipt of invoices as well as raising of purchase orders and other ad hoc requests. This is a perfect opportunity for someone to take a step into a finance career, no previous experience needed of working in this environment but must be able to demonstrate you are ready to hit the ground running and have excellent numerate skills.
**What will you do?**
- Analysis and reconciliation of business costs
- Create and provide analytical data and graphs as a when appropriate
- Use initiative following analysis of data
- Processing of Invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Personal and group inbox management
- Receipting of invoices and PO’s
**Qualifications**
This role is perfect for some to take a leap into a new career who can show they have strong administration and organisation skills and who can jump straight in with record keeping and problem-solving skills. You will have excellent attention to detail as well as strong IT skills.
