**PURPOSE OF ROLE**:
To support Singapore Airlines Marketing and Communications efforts from the UK & Ireland, coordinating and developing marketing campaigns, sales activities, and partnerships to promote the SIA brands and meet commercial objectives.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Contribute to a calendar of joint marketing campaigns with partners, targeting existing and prospective SIA customers throughout the sales funnel. Assisting with the SIA content creation, execution of activities and coordinate the reporting, tracking and analysis of campaigns.
- Pursue and develop new partnerships to create opportunities, such as joint brand association, sponsorship opportunities, loyalty programmes and driving connectivity to SIA gateways in UKI from offline territories.
- Build good relations and an understanding of the business and customers of our key partners including tourism boards, airline and airport partners, key agencies and travel suppliers. Liaise with partners in planning activities and delivering mutually beneficial B2B and B2C sales activities and marketing campaigns that develop the SIA brand and drive conversions to specific channels, direct or agency.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of trade and consumer marketing assets for the use of SQUK.
- Build strong relations with the marketing agencies, liaise as required with the relevant stakeholders with regards to the creation and implementation of creative needs, media purchases and requirements to support marketing campaigns.
- Assist the Marketing Manager UKI in the development and execution of brand and strategic marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Be an SIA brand ambassador, ensuring a good knowledge of SIA marketing assets, including but not limited to; images, logos, videos, brand guidelines and b-roll. Support the Marketing team to ensure assets are up to date, stored and distributed appropriately.
- Support the Sales team in the organising and participation in trade initiatives including but not limited to; hospitality, events, fam trips, roadshows and exhibitions.
- Support the Marketing team in the provision of assets, proofing and approval of trade partners marketing initiatives.
- Develop a strong working partnership with internal customers, E-Commerce, Sales and PR, supporting their efforts in marketing and communications.
- Assist the team in the activation of Head Office / Regional Office led initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned such as ad-hoc special projects.
- Provide cover for other team members during periods of absence.

**PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Prior experience in marketing in either an airline, travel organisation or agency preferred.
- Good understanding of offline and digital marketing performance metrics, techniques and campaigns will be required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and results focused
- Good analytical skills
- Self-motivated and fully accountable
- Good time management, teamwork and ability to organise workload independently
- Ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with external parties
- Attention to detail - provide high level of accuracy
- PC skills for Word, Excel & PowerPoint

This position is full time with standard office hours 0900-1730.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
