This role operates on a 12-hour shift pattern, alternating between day and night shifts, providing 24/7 operational coverage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Flight Coordination**: Ensure timely and efficient coordination of all flight activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for aircraft, crew, and ground services.
- **Monitor Aircraft Movements**: Track and oversee real-time aircraft movements, ensuring adherence to flight schedules and promptly addressing any delays or disruptions.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for flight crews and ground operations teams, to ensure seamless communication and operational flow. Communicating with internal departments to ensure the smooth operation.
- **Operational Decision-Making**: Make critical operational decisions in real-time to mitigate delays or disruptions, balancing safety, regulatory compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- **Weather Monitoring**: Continuously monitor weather conditions and adjust flight plans as necessary, liaising with flight dispatch and pilots to ensure safe operation.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all flight operations comply with relevant aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in global aviation operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of flight operations and aviation safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient with aviation software systems and tools.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
