I am working with a business in Derby that are looking to hire a Transaction Processing Lead with a salary of up to £40,000 + study support. This role would be managing a team of 7 which includes Credit Control, Accounts Payable and Payroll. Working hoursare flexible and the business have a passion for learning and development which would make this a great career move for somebody looking to take on more responsibility and take the next steps in their career.

The purpose of this role is to lead a busy transaction processing function, including accounts payable, payments and banking, credit control and payroll.

This role is based 5 days in the office with hours 9 - 5:30 with 1 hour break - these hours can be flexible.

**Description**
- Provide leadership, support and development to a team of 7 heads across four transaction processing areas
- Devise and maintain a suite of transaction processing KPIs to form part of board MI reporting
- Proactively identifying opportunities for system and process improvement.
- Support with a system

**Profile**
- Well organised with a strong attention to detail
- Experience of leading and developing the teams, planning and optimising the use of resource
- Personable - capable of working within a busy team; confident when speaking to external and internal stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindset
