**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and analysis.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring high quality and consistency with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts and drive business results.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Manage timelines and resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems (bonus points if you have used HubSpot), analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
