**Head of Business Analysis - Chorley - Hybrid**:

- Skills: Team Lead, Requirements Capture, Full Project Lifecycle, Agile Projects, Use Cases, Prince 2_
This advanced and globally recognised technology company based in Lancashire are looking to add a Head of Business Analysis to join an established team and work closely with the team lead to develop solutions for clients. You must be able to pick up productknowledge and add value quickly. Ideally experience within Energy/Utilities sector.
Responsibilities of the Head of Business Analysis
- Leading a team working on multiple projects and providing support where required
- Evaluating the delivery and design function to ensure effectiveness
- Support, line manage and mentor team members
- Providing expertise in BA work and agile change delivery within the SDLC
- Act as a BA escalation point as and when required
- Working with stakeholders across the business and expand your industry knowledge so you are up to date with latest industry change
Experience & Requirements for the Head of Business Analysis
- At least 3 years working in a Senior BA role
- Experience in working to strict deadlines, both individually and as part of a team
- Energy industry experience is highly desirable
- Ideally have Business Analysis and Change qualifications
- Experience working within agile and structured project environments

The ideal Head of Business Analysis will be degree qualified and ideally hold an ISEB (or equivalent) qualification.
