Working as a key part of the Group Finance Team and working closely in supporting the Brothers of Charity Services in England and its senior leadership teams, you will be accountable for delivering the highest standards of commercial finance, revenue management, business reporting and management accounting to effectively support and drive intelligence led, informed and organisationally sustainable commercial finance and revenue maximisation at both local and Group level.

**What will you be doing?**
- The preparation of monthly financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.
- The production of balance sheets and all balance sheet reconciliations monthly.
- Preparation of all ancillary monthly financial reports.
- Project Accounting / Contract Costing / Trading Stock / WIP.
- Excellent revenue recognition and credit management skills and experience.
- Management and forecasting of organisational and project cash flows.
- Direct Support with delivery of annual statutory audits.
- Interpretation and communication of financial data to non-financial managers.
- Continuous Business Process Improvement - Monitoring and evaluating financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed.
- A performance driven approach, exceptional attention to detail, motivation, the ability to pick up multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and manage a wide range of stakeholders and activities at once whilst focussing on supporting the clear delivery of tactical and operational commercial finance organisational objectives.
- Will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent - however exceptional QBE with demonstrable achievements and experience will be considered)
- You will be comfortable delivering complex financial information in a clear and concise way and presenting at variate levels
