Jos Richardson & Son are a well-established family business with a turnover in excess of £70m. We provide customers with quality fuel and convenience products from ten locations across North, East and West Yorkshire.
**The Role**:
We are looking for a part-time HR/Admin Assistant to join our team at Head Office on a 14-month fixed term contract.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong letter writing skills
- A good working knowledge of word and excel
- An approachable and professional manner
The role will involve:
- Maintaining HR database, recording information accurately and in a timely manner
- Preparing contracts and casual worker agreements from templates
- Processing new starters, leavers and contractual changes
- Recording and monitoring absence levels across the Company
- Processing and filing personnel paperwork for all employees
- Checking weekly timesheets and inputting hours worked into excel
- Processing holiday forms
- A range of administrative tasks as required
The position will be based at our Head Office on Brackenholme Business Park, Brackenholme, Selby, YO8 6EL
**The Hours**:
14-month fixed term contract
22.5 hours per week
Office Hours: Monday to Friday - 08.30am to 5.30pm
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
**Experience**:
