**Position Plastering Manager**

**Location Sheffield (Travel Required)**

**Salary £45,000 + Package**

**Our Client**

A specialist plastering contractor who are continuing their expansion throughout the Yorkshire/Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire regions working on various housing developments seek to appoint a Senior Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

**The role**

Responsible for providing clear leadership and direction to the construction team. Engaged on housing projects to ensure that the levels of supervision are sufficient to meet the project challenge.

**Daily duties/key responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Project / Contracts Manager on the progress against the programme.
- Maintenance of company required Health & Safety procedures / initiatives including PPE, Site Inductions, Management of Method Statements/Risk Assessments, Work Permits
- Adherence to the Company quality standards including Management of defects, compliance with specification, compliance with materials / workmanship schedules, subcontractor code of conduct, considerate Constructors Scheme
- Coordination / Leadership of the site team
- Liaising with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc
- Co-ordinating the Sub-Contractors as appropriate
- Preparation / assistance with the site progress reports
- To be responsible for the accurate / timely completion of site based documentation
- Attendance at project and company related meetings
