Summary

Will be a proactive energetic labourer with a hard-working attitude, and general knowledge of building sites to assist the foreman and other trades on site with any task required.

They will enjoy helping the company meet targets and always have a professional manner.

Primary Responsibilities:
Assisting all trades

Keep sites clean

Load and unload materials

Ability to lift heavy objects

Willing to work in all weather conditions

Mixing concrete, cement, render, plaster

Skills & Experience Required

Must have reliable transportation to job sites

Valid CSCS card

Verified UTR number for CIS applicants

Have good communication & interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and management

Use initiative, be pro-active & self-motivated

Be willing and capable to work alone and part of a team

Have a positive commitment to the vision and values of the business

Be well organised, yet flexible to follow company protocols

**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
