Recruitment Consultant
Falkirk - Industrial sector
Initial salary up to 25k + Bonus + Full training.

Due to growth of the company Pertemps Falkirk branch are looking for a 360 sales consultant to join the team this will be on Cold desk for temporary staff in the industrial sector.

The Role
Business development / Sales

Client Servicing / Aftercare support
Building relationships to stay competitive
Attend client meetings with decision makers

Experience working with targets
Confidence to get stuck in
Motivated and enthusiastic with lots of energy
Excellent time management
Confident in sales
Excellent communication skills
Able to think on your feet
Previous experience in Recruitment industry, customer service or sales would be an advantage but not essential.
