Meet with Team first thing to allocate work, prioritise new patients and ensure all patients seen at least twice a week with a plan in their notes. Support available from specialities on site. Last hour of the day used to support Admin activities. With option to cover front door acute medicine. Rotating into a ward as a shared responsibility. Liaising with the Operational Manager to support patients and resident Doctors.
