Are you a generalist HR Officer or HR Coordinator, experienced in managing a wide range of HR Operational duties? If so, I'd be keen to hear from you.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing HR function. You will report into the HR Operations Manager and support the HR Advisors in managing some Employee Relations casework as well as many other HR Operations activities, including recruitment.

Key responsibilities of the HR Officer:

- To support the HR Operations Manager and HR Advisors with a wide range of non-complex ER casework including monitoring absence, back to work interviews and welfare meetings.
- To support the HR Administrators with the creation of new employment contracts, changes to contracts and onboarding of new employees.
- Assist with recruitment, including amending job descriptions, posting adverts, arranging interviews and all post offer administration.
- Take responsibility for sick notes, maternity and paternity pay queries and requests as well as all other transactional HR duties.
- Run and monitor reports on areas like sickness and absence.
- Support the HR Advisors with more complex ER casework.
Key requirements for the HR Officer:

- You will have gained HR experience working as a HR Officer or HR Coordinator.
- You will have a proven track record of assisting with Employee Relations casework, recruitment as well as HR transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
- You will be team player who is self-motivated, with a flexible attitude to duties and have excellent organisational skills.
- Have excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly Word and Excel.
- Ideally you will have experience of collating and preparing MI data.
