**Weekend Team Leader - Elmbridge & Kingston**:
Part Time, 16 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday) £16.00 per hour

Who are you?
- Proven experience in leading and supervising a small team.
- Experience in litter collection and removal operations.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual work.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).

A Glimpse into the Role awaiting You
- Lead and supervise a team of cleansing operatives, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and coordination of work activities.
- Ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary tools and materials to carry out their duties safely and effectively.
- Taking responsibility for the works on site, including timekeeping, productivity arrangements for breaks, dealing with members of the public, visitors to the site and deliveries.
- Proactively leading by example, motivating and guiding the team and maintaining workforce discipline.
- Operating and ensuring others operate company and hire vehicles, machinery and equipment with care and that daily checks and routine servicing are carried and properly recorded.
- To undertake other duties as may be reasonably required by the Supervisor
