I am currently recruiting for a passionate and talented individual with great people skills to fulfil the role of a Customer Success Executive within the financial solutions sector. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work with an established and highly successful company whereby you will get to with a fantastic talented group of people
The type of person we are looking for:
- You are someone that takes pride in and is passionate about customer focus
- Have commercial experience of Customer Service
- High standard of organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise
- Take pride of self on quality and is motivated and driven by performance of results
- Have a flexible approach to day-to-day tasks and customers individual needs
On a day to basis you will:
- Manage all inbound calls in to the department and acting accordingly, be that taking action to service and resolve the consumer’s enquiry, or transferring the customer to the most appropriate advisor.
- Manage and respond to all communications received.
- Look after new customer accounts within the first three months of setting up their Plan, communicating with all relevant parties
- Complete any outgoing calls and follow up tasks where required to resolve any actions and manage the customers account
- Manage diaries and appointments so that the customer expectations and regulatory requirements are met.
- Secure ongoing payment instructions to ensure customers are kept up to date and have all information required
- Record clear and accurate notes and update the system to keep in line with business process requirements and the Data Protection Act.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
