Client Services Coordinator

My client is a successful managed service provider, undergoing a period of expansion and is now seeking a Client Services Coordinator. This is an integral role for the business and you will need to have excellent administration and organisational skills.
You can expect to be on the phone liaising between multiple parties, juggling various projects at once and be confident navigating around a CRM system.
This is a full-time position (Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.30) based in Taunton with some hybrid working available. Although this role is based within IT, you do not have to have a background within IT. The salary for this position is up to £30,000 dependingon experience.
In return you can expect a competitive holiday allowance, your professional development to be invested in and you will have the option to take up 3 days a year to volunteer for charities plus more.
**The role**:
- Manage, distribute and following up inbound client tickets
- Liaise with engineers and third parties regarding a clients ticket
- Diary management for projects and future support work
- Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date and provide reporting from CRM
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- A logical thinker who is able to identify problems
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent Microsoft office experience
- Experience working with a CRM systems
