Kin House hotel and events space in Wiltshire is seeking a Senior Events Producer to oversee and manage all brand and corporate events, from initial enquiry to the delivery of the event itself. Due to an exciting uplift in brand and corporate event enquiries, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to establish and lead this new department within our in-house events team, working collaboratively with our operations team to execute a busy calendar of events throughout the year. Our client list includes everyone from Free People, Boden and NARS, to BMW and Shiseido.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the smooth running of all brand, corporate and in-house events, from point of enquiry to the delivery of the event.
- Actively seek ways to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and empower and inspire the in-house team.
- Work closely with the Brand Director to curate, plan and deliver an exciting and culturally relevant roster of complimentary in-house events for clients, and ad-hoc paid public events.
- Provide support and advice to the Sales Departments in their preparation of quotes and planning documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that will inform our brand and corporate offering.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including PR representative, industry influencers, and community partners.
- Develop and nurture talent within the sales and planning team
- To consider and deliver ways of increasing revenue and profitability from events and particularly from services provided by the F&B department
- Help to support the operational success of Kin House

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience conceptualizing and delivering high-end events.
- Experience with working with HNWI, agencies and premium brands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Locations / Hours:

- The position will be based at Kin House, with the expectation of paid travel once a week, to London.

**Salary**: £40,000.00 per year
