Humly is looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic **Nursery Teaching Assistant** to join a vibrant nursery setting in Blackpool. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to support children in their earliest stages of learning, creating a warm and stimulating environment where they can thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Provide one-to-one and group support to help children develop essential early skills, including language, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that fosters exploration and learning.
- Collaborate with nursery staff to plan and implement creative and educational experiences.
- Monitor and document children’s progress, contributing to observations and assessments.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers, providing regular updates on their development.
- Help manage classroom resources and maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming learning space.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Supporting Teaching and Learning, or Childcare.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
- A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach to supporting young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic nursery environment.
