This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and qualified TA to support learning in the crucial early years. Your new role As a Level 3 TA with Nursery experience, you will:Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework.Provide 1:1 and small group support to children, including those with SEND or EAL needs.Assist with personal care routines and promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.Help prepare resources and maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment.Use your knowledge of early childhood development to encourage language, literacy, and numeracy skills.Apply safeguarding practices and first aid knowledge when required.What you'll need to succeed Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).Proven experience working in a Nursery or EYFS setting.Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.Paediatric First Aid certificate (highly desirable).Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).What you'll get in return Access to free CPD and safeguarding training.Dedicated support from a specialist education consultant.Opportunities for career progression and permanent roles.Flexible working options to suit your lifestyle.
