We are looking for an Executive Lead in Marketing to join our Communications and Marketing team. This critical senior role will:

- Lead, design and take overall responsibility for the implementation of a strategic multi-channel commercial marketing programme, in the UK and internationally. The marketing programme will have a specific emphasis on postgraduate student recruitment, but will also encompass areas such as Executive Education and Knowledge Exchange.
- Provide insight into student recruitment that can be shared and used across the organisation, contributing to internal discussions around target setting, pricing and potential areas for growth.
- Support the RCA’s diversity and accessibility aims through promotion of scholarships and other activities.
- Offer marketing support to new income streams including events, conferences and space hire.
- Ensure the marketing programme is fully integrated within the wider Communications & Marketing team’s strategic plan, working closely with the Director of Communications and Marketing, and the other Executive Leads.
